Something to think about before joining... When you signup, you will be asked to write a paragraph describing yourself (they call it the "Introduction Text").  Make it as descriptive as you can.  Also try to make it longer than two sentences to ensure your profile will be posted quickly.  You will also be asked to describe who you are looking for.  Again, try to make this longer than two sentences.
